Waiver of Liability: Each team participating in the tournament does so at its own risk, and agrees to accept any and all responsibilities for any injury. Golds Gym and The Wappinger United Soccer Club (tournament hosts) cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries received during the tournament. Each club / team acknowledges that soccer is a contact sport and that they are participating in the tournament at their own risk. By registering for this tournament and by being accepted for this tournament each club / team agrees that the tournament hosts cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries incurred during the tournament and that each club / team will be responsible for their own players and coaches for any injuries that they may incur and that each club /team will hold the tournament hosts harmless for any and all claims arising as a result of any injury to a member of their team. Each club / team acknowledges that they have informed all participants and their parents/guardians of the above.
