BYLAWS Article II (Offices)

The principal office of Wappinger United Soccer Club, Inc. shall be at P.O. Box 120, Wappinger Falls, Town of Wappinger, County of Dutchess, State of New York. Wappinger United Soccer Club, Inc. may also have offices at such other places within or without the state of New York as the Board of Directors may, from time to time, determine or the business of the organization may require.
