| Eligibility |
| Membership shall be open to anyone showing an interest in promoting the game of soccer and the objectives and programs of Wappinger United Soccer Club, Inc., as stated herein, upon fulfilling such conditions as Wappinger United Soccer Club, Inc. may establish. |
| Classes of Membership |

Membership shall consist of the following four classes:
Player Member
Staff Member
Junior Staff Member
Board of Directors |
| Dues |
| Members shall be liable for whatever dues the Board of Directors of Wappinger United Soccer Club, Inc. may stipulate for such members. |
| Termination or Suspension |
|
Membership may be terminated by resignation or action of the Board of Directors. Action of the
Board of Directors shall be by a two-thirds majority vote at any duly constituted meeting.
The Board of Directors shall have the authority to discipline or suspend or terminate the term of
office of any member of any class when conduct of such person is considered detrimental to the
best interest of Wappinger United Soccer Club, Inc.
The member involved shall be notified at least seven (7) days prior of such meeting and actions of the Board of Directors, informed of the general nature of the charges, and given an opportunity to appear at an appeals meeting to answer such charges. In accordance with the rules of ENYYSA, no lawyer shall represent any member at a hearing of a dispute or claim. In the case of a Player Member, the Board of Directors shall give notice to the coach of the team for which the player plays. The coach and/or parent shall appear, in the capacity of an adviser to the player, with the player, before the Board of Directors or its duly appointed appeals committee,which shall have the full power to suspend or revoke the player's right of future. |
