Committees shall be formed on an as-needed basis by the Board of Directors to cover special tasks
including but not limited to: Executive, Operations, Finance, Planning, Public Relations,
Concession, Grievance, and Annual Tournament.
Each committee chairperson shall be appointed by the President and shall chair the assigned
committee and be responsible for seeing that its work is done in accordance with the objectives
and programs of the Wappinger United Soccer Club Inc.
Committee chairpersons are expected to report periodically as needed to the Board of Directors with information on tasks, problems, progress and/or recommendations. Committee chairpersons are free to select committee members to assist in the performance of duties and tasks, subject to the approval of the President, who shall be a member ex officio of every committee. The President shall have the right to fill or not to fill any chair that becomes vacant, and may act as chairperson of that committee until the vacancy has been filled. |
