Spring 2012 On-line Registration opens February 1st, 2012
Wappingers United Soccer Club will open its annual Spring Registration on Feb 1st, 2012. Registration will close on April 1st, 2012.

Registration fee for the intramural program is $65 per child. This session includes the spring session of 2012.
Coaches will begin to contact players during the early part of March. If you do not hear from your coach by March 19th, please email your age group coordinator found on the contact list. Practices will begin the week of April 1st, 2012. Intramural games will begin on Saturday April 14th, 2012. Players in U5 - U7 will hear from the program coordinator in the latter part of March. All U5 - U7 players will have training sessions on Mondays evenings and Saturday mornings.
Travel registration is currently not open at this time unless the coach has a space on the team. The Travel program fee is $165 which includes a registration fee of $115 and travel fees of $50 per child. The $50 fee is the fee which is typically collected by the coach. You now have the option of paying such by credit card. Travel practices will begin the last week in March 2012. Travel coaches will provide further updates.

Volunteer Information
The entire Wappingers United Soccer Club is run by volunteers, and we rely on parents volunteering as coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers to keep the club operating. Experience playing or coaching soccer is preferred, but not necessary. The club will help train new coaches who lack soccer experience. There is a "Volunteer Information" section on the registration form where you can offer 2-3 hours per week to help a bunch of great kids have fun and learn about soccer.

Refund Policy
Any players that registers for WUSC intramural program and then chooses to withdraw will receive a refund minus $25.00. After the first week of regular season play(typically the first Saturday after Labor Day) there is no refund permitted without the WUSC Executive Board approval. Such hardship request must be submitted in writing to the WUSC Registrar.
When a player registers with WUSC he is immediately then registered with East Hudson Youth Soccer League and Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association. A uniform is also ordered at the time of registering. These are fees that WUSC does not get refunded for a player withdrawing.
Travel players will be charged $50 plus additional costs that they may have incurred. Travel players will receive no refund after the start date of August 1.
